About Us
The Scrap Recyclers Association of Alabama (SRAA) is the leading organization for Alabama’s recycling industry. We represent the interests of Alabama recyclers before the Alabama Legislature, the Governor’s office, state agencies and others.
We help nember companies address the issues most critical to their business operations while providing them with opportunities for education and networking.
We represent the full spectrum of the recycling industry, including Alabama’s metal, paper, plastic, glass, electronics, rubber, and textile recyclers. The industry is dedicated to transforming the end-of-life products to create new materials that boost local, state, and national economies.
